About Us...
Chick Of All Trades is a woman-owned business created in 2005 by Val Solorzano.
Her original goal was to help homeowners with small home improvement projects. Since then, the company has grown and while much of the focus today is on weatherization upgrades for homeowners, the crew has a variety of other projects going on at all times.

Val and the company are currently:
- Serving on the Board of Directors of the Hispanic Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce.
- A member of the Port of Portland's Mentor Protege Program.
- Involved with the City of Portland's Sheltered Market Program.
