Weatherization Upgrades
Working with Clean Energ Works Portland, Chick Of All Trades has helped dozens of homeowners upgrade the comfort and efficiency of their homes by adding insulation to walls, attics and crawlspaces, sealing ducts to prevent energy loss and sealed areas of the home around windows and doors.
Pearl Family Housing
We recently installed Ipe exotic wooden walkways, planters and gates at a new affordable housing project on the edge of Portland’s Pearl District that provides much needed work force housing for families in the area. It will provide 138 affordable apartments to income qualified families. Click here to read more about the project.
