Weatherization
We are a founding member of the High Road Community Contractors Association; a group of community organizations and local weatherization contractors committed to improving the communities in which we live.
In conjuntion with Clean Energy Works Portland and the Energy Trust of Oregon we strive to help our neighbors improve the comfort and efficiency of their homes with incentive programs for weatherization upgrades.

How it Works
Sign up: Fill out a short survey to see if you and your home qualify for the Clean Energy Works of Portland programs.
Get a home energy assessment: Skip the hassle of arranging it all yourself. You will be matched with us our other affiliated, qualified, highly-trained, certified and trusted contractors who will schedule a convenient, informative in-home energy assessment. You'll receive specific recommendations, tailored to your home, on how you can best improve the energy performance of your house.
Get energy-efficiency upgrades: Once you decide which improvements you want, your certified contractor will complete the work.
Repay through your heating bill: Homeowners working within Clean Energy Works Portland pay no upfront costs. Energy efficiency upgrades can be financed through a low-cost, long-term loan that you repay on your monthly heating bill. If you wish for other financing options we can work with you to find an alternative method of payment.
